Cambodian Students Association in Japan—CSAJ, has opened its 2009 funding program through a charity program known as “Help Our Community.”

HOC project has originated since the beginning of January as an educational charity project of CSAJ. A small scale grant of US$ 1,000 will be awarded to each successful proposal. Therefore, this project provides an opportunity for you or/and your benevolent fellow friends (under 25 years old) to pursue your/their charity act.
