November 20th, 2008 · 4 Comments

Badminton Competition is the second sport event, after Bowling Championship first held in 2007, newly initiated by CSAN Committee 2008. The competition is aiming at promoting sport activities, especially the most played badminton in Nagoya, and fostering friendship among players.

The only requirement for the contestants to get into the game was Cambodian national, not restricted to only students in Nagoya. Contestants could register in two categories – Double Men (November 4) and Double Mix (November 18). All the pairs met only once, while the two pairs who got the top set scores in the first round (calculated by 1 and 0 for a win and a loss, respectively) met again to challenge the Gold Medal. Below is the result of CSAN Badminton Competition 2008 officially announced by CSAN Committee.
