Nagoya University celebrates the 4th Homecoming Day

Homecoming Day is an annual event of Nagoya University. Every year, school alumni are invited back to school for a reunion. They are asked to attend the Alumni Association General Meeting and various events offered by the University. The 4th Homecoming Day fell on October 18 this year, and Mr TEP Vichet, a former LLM student of Graduate School of Law (GSL), was invited to join the party as a representative of Cambodia. Mr TEP Vichet graduated from GSL in 2006 and is currently working for Leopard Capital in Cambodia.

At the Homecoming Day Party held by GSL at the Education Center for International Students (ECIS), representatives from 6 countries, namely Cambodia, China, Laos, Mongolia, Ubekistan and Vietnam, were well received by various kinds of food and performances prepared by foreign students at Nagoya University. There, Cambodian students cooked Kary Nom Banh Chok (curry with noodle) and Cha-Huoy (jelly) and performed Robamm Sovann Machha (Monkey King and Mermaid Dance), while other foreign students had their own specialty and performances.
